  7. this is an Anger Log i use in anger management: puede mong gamitin to recognize anger clues (situational or in the situation; cognitive or in your mind; physical or inyour body) :

    _______________________________________________________________________
    Date:
    What is the Situation:
    Who is involved?
On a scale of 1-5, how angry am I?
What will I say or do to respond?
Is this response appropriate or inappropriate?
What will the consequences of my response probable be? Will I end up getting what I want?

Acknowledging our anger is an affirmation of our humanity. Our loving response is to develop our awareness on how anger can be exploited for getting our way. Anger is neither good nor bad. When we have identified anger's various guises (through the help of a mentor or counselor), we can recognize how anger looks like (symptoms) and our style of anger (whether dumping or stuffing anger). Blessed be, nio!
